With a restrained street-facing façade, the home reveals a warm, expansive interior that unfolds vertically over three levels, totaling approximately 4,000 square feet.
The architecture embraces a contemporary approach rooted in material expression and tailored detailing. The massing strategy subtly steps back from the street while deep window recesses and full-height glazing enhance interior-exterior continuity. FibreC panels, elongated brick coursing, and anodized aluminum details are calibrated to create a textured but restrained exterior composition.
A custom-fabricated blackened steel stair anchors the vertical experience of the home. Its folded-plate form is both sculptural and structural, acting as a continuous ribbon that connects the three levels.
