Our studio was tasked with providing architectural and interior design services for this project. Our design propositions created exceptional value for our client, both in terms of successful sales and the development of a unique contemporary community that is first of its kind in Canada. A defining feature was our introduction of a courtyard in each house. This was an unprecedented feature for this housing type in Toronto.
