The adaptive reuse and full renovation of two combined industrial buildings in Leslieville. Symbolics transformed a 13,400 SF site from original industrial garage overhead bays into high-quality leasable retail and commercial units, retaining the character and exposed industrial aesthetic. The project included a new lobby with CNC-cut granite flooring, a signature architectural canopy, and coordinated building signage. All work was executed in a fully occupied building, requiring careful phasing and continuous coordination with tenants and building management.
